DLA Piper advises Dutch festival promoter on sale to SFX Entertainment
SFX Entertainment has bought 75 per cent of ID&T, a Dutch festival promoter, for $102m (£63m) in cash and stock. DLA Piper advised ID&T throughout the sale.
ID&T was advised by Barbara van Hussen, Sander Wiggers, Pieter Paul Terpstra, Simone Cuypers, Nicole Vreeman, Jeffrey Remy (Amsterdam), Jonathan Klein, Nickie Cheney and Hariqbal Basi (New York).
