The DLA Piper team was led by consultant Florian Schuhmacher, whose practice focuses on antitrust matters. Associate Nicole Daniel assisted with aspects concerning Austrian competition law, and a team from DLA Piper’s Cologne office advised on German competition law, led by partner Jan Dreyer.
