DLA Piper advises Arsenal Capital Partners in its aquisition of IFC
DLA Piper has advised Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market specialty industrial and healthcare companies, in its acquisition of International Fiber Corporation (ICC).
IFC is a supplier of cellulose‐based insoluble fibre products for glboal food and industrial applications. The company joins Arsenal Capital’s extensive portfolio of investments in the speciality industrials sector.
The DLA Piper team representing Arsenal Capital included Daniel Eisner, Gregory Ruback, Matt Oshinsky, Nicholas Doran and Charles Walker.
