Developer of Minter Ellison app is named in Deloitte’s Fast 500 list
Melbourne-based software house b2cloud, the developer of Minter Ellison’s BoardTrac app, has been named in the top 20 in Deloitte’s Fast 500 Asia-Pacific list of the fastest-growing companies in 2013.
BoardTrac is an iPad board portal, which is Australian hosted with a high emphasis on security and functional compliance with Australian regulation. Minter Ellison worked closely with b2cloud through the design and development of the app.
The BoardTrac app gives companies full control over who they share content with and how they organise that content. Users have tools for highlighting, private notes and printing documents.
A new feature in early 2014 will be circular resolutions. Professional directors who sit on multiple boards and not-for-profits can access all their board associations through the BoardTrac app, which is simple and intuitive to use.
