Dentons announces employment and labour law update seminar
On 1 May 2014, Dentons is set to host a complimentary seminar/webinar focusing on updates in employment and labour law updates.
Topics will include ‘1 July Deadline Looming: How to Comply with Ontario’s New Safety Awareness Training Regulation’; ‘Internal Fraud — Managing Termination and Asset Recovery Options’; and ‘An Update on Ontario’s Workplace Violence and Workplace Harassment Law’.
The seminar will be held at Dentons Canada. Registration and breakfast is at 08:00–08:30 and the seminar runs from 08:30–10:00.
The 1.5-hour programme can be applied toward nine of the 12 educational hours for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) required annually by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Please note that these CPD hours are not accredited for the Professionalism Requirement.
