Debevoise & Plimpton's London office advises Arrow Global Group on IPO
The London office of Debevoise & Plimpton has advised the executive management and certain other shareholders of Arrow Global Group on its successful initial public offering (IPO), which valued the company at £357m.
The Debevoise team advising on the transaction was led by London partner David Innes and includes tax partners Richard Ward and Peter Furci and corporate associate Benjamin Lyon.
The IPO sees the consumer debt purchaser’s ordinary shares admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
The successful IPO marks a partial exit for RBS Special Opportunities Fund, which acquired Arrow in 2009 together with senior management.
