Debevoise & Plimpton advises New York Life Investments in €380m acquisition
Debevoise & Plimpton is advising New York Life Investments in its definitive agreement to acquire full ownership of Dexia Asset Management for €380m (£23m).
Dexia Asset Management has approximately $100bn (£62.5bn) in assets under management, and is a leading international asset manager. The transaction, which remains subject to the approval of regulatory authorities, is expected to close on or about 31 December, 2013.
