Debevoise & Plimpton has advised Forethought Financial Group on its sale to Global Atlantic Financial Group.
Upon close, Forethought will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Atlantic, although the company will continue to operate its life insurance and annuity businesses under the Forethought name.
