Debevoise & Plimpton advises Cinram on acquisition of Saffron Digital from HTC
The London office of Debevoise & Plimpton has advised Cinram, a manufacturer and distributor of Blu-ray, DVD and CD for motion-picture studios, on its acquisition of Saffron Digital Media from HTC Corp.
Cinram is a portfolio company of long-standing Debevoise client Najafi Companies, a US-based private investment firm. Saffron Digital specialises in the global management and delivery of premium multi-platform video services.
The Debevoise team was led by partner Raman Bet-Mansour, supported by associates Andrew C Rearick, Vadim Ardatovski and Whitney May.
