Dacheng senior partner Li Zhi appointed as CIETAC arbitrator
On 1 May, Dacheng senior partner Li Zhi was appointed as an arbitrator by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
CIETAC is a major permanent commercial arbitration institution. According to Dacheng, it enjoys a high reputation worldwide for its independence, fairness and efficiency in resolving economic and trade disputes and maintains good relations with other major arbitration institutions.
Zhi specialises in advising clients on offshore investment, international trade and corporate M&A. An experienced litigator and arbitrator, he is particularly adept at handling complex commercial disputes. Zhi serves as standing legal counsel for a number of top 100 companies in China.
