Dacheng senior partner elected member of INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee
Dacheng intellectual property senior partner Mingyue Dun was recently elected as a 2014–15 China subcommittee member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association.
The International Trademark Association is a renowned global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property (IP) in order to protect consumers and promote fair and effective commerce.
Mingyue specialises in the protection of IP rights through litigation and administrative action. She is involved in almost every area of IP protection, such as infringement litigation and administrative action, trademark registration, trademark opposition, trademark removal, patent re-examination and patent-related administrative action, copyright registration, domain-name dispute resolution, customs records for IP and IP-related international arbitration.
