At No5 Chambers, we are at the cutting edge of criminal law, including all serious and complicated cases such as serious fraud, money laundering, confiscation, asset recovery, homicide and sexual offences.
With expertise at all levels — our team compromises eight silks and 45 juniors — no matter is too great or too small. We provide a nationwide service from our offices in Birmingham, London, Bristol and the East Midlands.
We are regularly instructed to act on behalf of individuals and organisations such as the Organised Crime Division, Complex Casework Unit, HSE and BIS.
The group is well represented within the Judiciary, with 11 recorders and an assistant deputy coroner. Chambers also have two former leaders of the Midland Circuit, as well as being represented on the Criminal Bar Association.
