Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris advise Westhouse on Sprue Aegis’s AIM admission
The corporate team at Walker Morris has advised nominated adviser and broker Westhouse Securities in relation to Sprue Aegis’s admission to AIM.
Sprue Aegis, a European home safety products supplier, will have a market capitalisation of approximately £90m at the placing price and intends to raise £8m by way of a placing of new shares.
