Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris advise Mobile Tornado on equity placing
Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris have advised Mobile Tornado plc on its equity placing to raise £4m. The funds will be raised through a placing of 20,000,000 new shares at 20p per share, subject to a general meeting on 28 August 2013 at the law firm’s offices.
Alongside the placing, Mobile Tornado — which specialises in the provision of instant communications services for mobile devices, with a focus on enterprise workforce management — is also carrying out a capital reorganisation.
The Walker Morris team comprised partners Richard Naish and Debbie Jackson, Graham Mackenzie and Josh Kitson.
