Conyers provides BVI advice to HudBay Minerals regarding $173m equity offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) advice to HudBay Minerals on its $173m (£106m) equity offering of 20,930,000 common shares, which included the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters, for gross proceeds of CAD172.7m (£96m).
Co-led by GMP Securities and BMO Capital Markets, a syndicate, the offering included RBC Dominion Securities, CIBC World Markets, Scotia Capital, TD Securities, Canaccord Genuity, Dundee Securities, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada, Merrill Lynch Canada, Paradigm Capital, Raymond James, Cormack Securities and Desjardins Securities.
