Conyers provides BVI advice to Guangzhou R&F Properties on $1bn senior note issue
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) advice to Guangzhou R&F Properties on the issue of $1bn (£600m) 8.50 per cent senior notes due 2019 by Trillion Chance, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by R&F Properties (HK) Company, a subsidiary of Guangzhou R&F Properties, a PRC entity.
