Conyers provides Bermuda law advice to Odfjell Drilling on $400m IPO
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Odfjell Drilling on the Bermuda law aspects of its $400m (£251m) initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Olso Stock Exchange in September 2013.
All shares in the IPO were offered by the selling shareholder, BCB Paragon Trust.
Odfjell Drilling is an integrated drilling, engineering and well service provider with more than 40 years of experience focusing on the offshore harsh environment and deepwater markets.
Guy Cooper, Marcello Ausenda and David Cooke from Conyers’ Bermuda office acted for the company, working alongside Thommessen and Linklaters. Jason Piney, also from Conyers’ Bermuda office, acted for the selling shareholder.
