Conyers provides Bermuda law advice to Aircastle on $400m offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle on the offering of $400m (£240m) aggregate principal amount of its 4.625 per cent senior notes due 2018, which completed on 5 December 2013.
Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman, Sachs & Co, JP Morgan Securities and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Jason Piney of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the matter, working alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
