Conyers provides Aircastle with Bermuda advice regarding $500m senior notes offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle on the offering of $500m (£300m) aggregate principal amount of its 5.125 per cent senior notes due 2021, which completed on 26 March 2014.
Goldman, Sachs & Co, BNP Paribas Securities Corp, Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Deutsche Bank Securities, JP Morgan Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
