Conyers Dill & Pearman wins awards at 2013 Asian Legal Business China event
Conyers Dill & Pearman has been named Offshore Legal Firm of the Year at the 2013 Asian Legal Business China Awards. The firm’s Hong Kong office was also commended for its involvement in the Yahoo!/Alibaba buyback deal, which was named TMT Deal of the Year.
The event, now in its 10th year, recognises the achievements of China’s leading law firms and in-house legal teams, as well as the top deals and dealmakers of 2012.
Winners were selected by a panel of judges and celebrated at a gala reception on 28 March in Beijing.
Conyers’ Hong Kong office also took home five China Business Law Journal awards earlier this year.
