Conyers Dill & Pearman provides Bermuda law advice to Maiden Holdings
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to Maiden Holdings in connection with the offering by its wholly owned US holding company Maiden Holdings North America.
The offering of $152.5m (£93m) aggregate principal amount of 7.75 per cent senior notes is due 1 December 2043 and is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Maiden.
Michael Frith and Jason Piney of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on this matter, working alongside Sidley Austin as counsel to Maiden and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as counsel for the underwriters.
