Conyers Dill & Pearman has hired Zoe Hanson to its Bermuda private client and trust practice. Hanson, who has worked in the trust and corporate management services industry in Bermuda for more than 10 years, began her career practising at Conyers.
She returns to Conyers after holding senior management positions in the Bermuda trust industry.
Hanson’s practice covers all aspects of private client and trust law with a focus on international and local estate planning arrangements; private trust company structures; contracts between trustees and third-party service providers; the review, restructuring and resettlement of trusts; the provision of advice on matters of trust and interpretation; and advising individual and corporate trustees and private trust companies on their duties and obligations.
