Conyers Dill & Pearman advises Vitol Finance on senior unsecured notes offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Bermuda law advice to Vitol Finance Ltd (Vitol) on the offering of its 3.23 per cent Series L senior unsecured notes due 27 June 2018 in the aggregate principal amount of $235m (£150m).
Elliot Hubbard, lawyer in Conyers’ Bermuda office, advised Vitol on the Bermuda law aspects of the transaction. K&L Gates LLP advised on US law aspects of the transaction.
Vitol is a Bermuda-based exempted company that is part of the Vitol Group, a well-known major participant in world energy trading.
