Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Star Energy Geothermal on the issue of $350m (£230m) senior secured notes.
Conyers provided BVI legal advice to Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) in connection with the issue by the company of 6.125 per cent senior secured notes due in 2020 with an aggregate principal amount of $350m.
Conyers’ Anna Chong from the Hong Kong office advised, working alongside Clifford Chance Pte and Assegaf Hamzah & Partners on the matter.
