Conyers Dill & Pearman advises Langham Hospitality on multimillion-dollar IPO
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Langham Hospitality Investments on its $550m (£345m) initial public offering (IPO), providing Cayman, Bermuda and British Virgin Islands (BVI) legal advice.
The advice was regarding the listing of share stapled units to be jointly issued by HKT Trust and the company on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong by way of global offering.
Christopher Bickley and Richard Hall, partners in Conyers’ Hong Kong office, advised on the matter. They worked alongside Mayer Brown JSM, King & Wood Mallesons and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
