Conyers Dill & Pearman advises Koradior Holdings on $72m IPO
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided BVI and Cayman legal advice to Koradior Holdings Ltd on its $72m (£42m) offering and listing of shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Founded in 2007, the company is a high-end ladieswear company in the PRC and has a nationwide network of 274 retail stores.
