Conyers Dill & Pearman advises iKang Healthcare Group on $150m IPO
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands legal advice to iKang Healthcare Group on BVI selling shareholders in connection with a $150m (£90m) initial public offering in the US of up to 6,270,286 class A common shares, par value $0.01 per share of the company, in the form of American depositary shares.
The company is China’s largest provider of private preventative healthcare services, covering medical exams and disease screening centres.
