Conyers Dill & Pearman advises Essent Group on $335m initial public offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda legal advice to Essent Group. This was the first initial public offering (IPO) of a home mortgage issuer in nearly 20 years. Shares traded above the estimated range, valuing the Essent Group at $1.42bn (£880m).
