Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Autohome in connection with an initial public offering (IPO) in the US of 8,993,000 Class A ordinary shares (par value $0.01 per share of the company) in the form of American depositary shares as described in the prospectus.
