Conyers advises Yahoo in $7.6bn share repurchase
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Yahoo Inc in a $7.6bn share repurchase. Alibaba Group Holding Ltd agreed to repurchase a 20 per cent stake from the US web portal ahead of a potential initial public offering.
