Conyers advises Xyratex on its acquisition by Seagate Technology
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda legal advice to Xyratex, a provider of data storage technology, in connection with its acquisition by Seagate Technology, a specialist in hard-disk drives and storage solutions, for $374m (£218m).
This M&A transaction was effected by way of a merger under Bermuda law.
