Conyers advises Premier Oil on £500m euro medium-term note programme
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Premier Oil on the establishment of its £500m euro medium-term note programme.
Premier Oil may issue wholesale and retail notes under the programme, which will be guaranteed by certain of its subsidiaries.
The Conyers team, which worked alongside Slaughter and May on the transaction, was made up of Anton Goldstein and Oliver Richardson.
