Conyers advises on the acquisition of LJ International Inc by way of merger
Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as British Virgins Islands (BVI) counsel to Fountain Vest Partners (Asia) Limited on the $64m (£40.5) acquisition of LJ International Inc by way of merger.
LJ International Inc is incorporated in the BVI and is a leading coloured-gemstone and diamond jeweller.
David Lamb, partner and co-chair, along with associates Angie Chu and Rowan Wu of Conyers’ Hong Kong office, advised on the matter. They worked alongside Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
