Conyers advises on Aircastle’s increase in its $450m bank revolving credit facility

Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Aircastle in connection with its $450m (£270m) unsecured revolving credit facility with Citibank NA, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA and Royal Bank of Canada as joint lead arrangers and Citibank NA as agent.

The bank group was expanded to nine institutions and the facility’s term was extended to four years and will expire in March 2018. The facility, which will be used for working capital, including the acquisition of aircraft, was increased to $450m from $335m.

Jason Piney of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the matter, working alongside Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, and Cahill Gordon & Reindel represented the lenders.
