Conyers advises HKT on financing, security and acquisition of issued share capital of CSL
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda legal advice to HKT on the $2,425m (£1,450m) financing and security obtained and granted by HKT in respect of its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of CSL New World Mobility.
CSL operates a mobile telephone network in Hong Kong under the brands 1010, one2free and New World Mobility.
