Conyers advises Hengxing Gold Holding Company on HKD462.5m IPO
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands law advice to Hengxing Gold Holding Company on its HKD462.5m (£36m) initial public offering (IPO).
The company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of Hong Kong public offering and international offering.
Hengxing Gold is an emerging gold-mining company in China. It owns and operates the Gold Mountain Mine in Xinjiang, China.
