Conyers advises Global Brands Group Holding on Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda and British Virgin Islands (BVI) legal advice to Global Brands Group Holding on its listing by introduction on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Global Brands Group Holding, which was spun off from the Li & Fung group, is a branded apparel, footwear, fashion accessories and related lifestyle product company.
