Conyers advises FTV Capital on $40m investment in Credorax
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised FTV Capital on its $40m (£24m) investment in Credorax, a company that specialises in processing credit and debit card payments for merchants using advanced technology.
The Conyers team, which worked alongside Kirkland & Ellis on the transaction, was comprised of Anton Goldstein and Patrick Ormond.
