Conyers advises Fantasia Holdings Group Co Ltd on issuance of senior notes
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Fantasia Holdings Group Co Ltd and its British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman subsidiaries on the issuance of senior notes by Fantasia Holdings Group Co Ltd valued at $250,000,000 with security given by its subsidiaries.
The notes are due in 2020 and have a 10.75 per cent interest rate per annum. They are listed on the Singapore Securities Exchange.
Fantasia Holdings Group Co Ltd is a property developer and property-related service provider in China.
Anna Chong of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised the company and its BVI and Cayman subsidiaries on the deal.
