Conyers advises Fantasia Holdings and subsidiaries on issuance of senior notes
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Fantasia Holdings Group, and its British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands subsidiaries, on the issuance of senior notes by Fantasia Holdings Group, valued at CNY1bn (£104m), with security given by its subsidiaires.
The notes are due in 2016 and have a 7.875 per cent interest rate per annum. The notes are listed on the Singapore Securities Exchange.
