Conyers advises Credit Suisse on long-term senior credit and guarantee agreement
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) legal advice to Credit Suisse in connection with a long-term senior credit and guarantee agreement to Canacol Energy.
It is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (and its various subsidiaries) by a syndicate of banks led by Credit Suisse as lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent and by Citibank NA, Export Development Canada, Corpbanca, Banco Davienda SA, Banoc Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior SA Banco de Occidente SA and ICBC Peru Bank SA as lenders and hedge providers.
