Conyers advises Colour Life Services Group on HKD1.15bn initial public offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands law advice to Colour Life Services Group Co on its HKD1.15bn (£89m) listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of Hong Kong public offering and international offering.
Colour Life Services Group is a property management company in the PRC with three main segments: property management services, engineering services and community leasing, sales and other services.
