Conyers advises China Hongqiao Group on issue of $400m 7.625 per cent senior notes
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands advice to China Hongqiao Group in connection with the issue by the company of 7.625 per cent senior notes.
The senior notes are due 2017 with an aggregate principal amount of $400m (£238m) with, inter alia, a guarantee given by its BVI subsidiary, China Hongqiao Investment.
China Hongqiao Group, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells aluminium products in the People’s Republic of China and internationally.
