Conyers advises Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and Wells Fargo Securities
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and Wells Fargo Securities on a $400m (£244m) offering by Energy XXI (Bermuda) of 3.0 per cent senior convertible notes due 2018.
Paul Nystrom, lead associate, and Kathleen Moniz and Robert Alexander of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the offering, working alongside Baker Botts as US counsel to the Initial Purchasers and Vinson & Elkins as US counsel to Energy XXI.
