Conyers advises Avolon on $636m aircraft securitisation
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Avolon, an international aircraft leasing group, on the Bermuda law aspects of its $636m (£398m) asset-backed securitisation (ABS) for Emerald Aviation Finance, a newly established special-purpose company.
The ABS aircraft portfolio comprises 20 aircraft manufactured by Airbus, Boeing and Embraer.
Jason Piney, Victor Richards and Waynette Hollis of Conyers’ Bermuda office acted for Avolon, working alongside Clifford Chance (New York).
