Conyers advises AVIC International in connection with guaranteed bond issue
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) legal advice to AVIC International Finance & Investment in connection with issue of CNY1.5bn (£145m) 4.80 per cent guaranteed bonds due 2017 by the company, guaranteed by AVIC International (HK) Group (the guarantor).
The guarantor is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIC International Holding Corporation. AVIC International Holding Corporation has also given a keepwell deed in favour of the joint lead managers.
Anna Chong of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised on the matter, working alongside Linklaters, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Jingtian & Gongcheng.
