Conyers advises AVIC International Finance & Investment Company on $500m bond issue
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands legal advice in connection with the issue of $300m (£185m) 4.75 per cent guaranteed bonds due in 2018 and $2m (£123.5m) six per cent guaranteed bonds due in 2023 by AVIC International Finance & Investment Company and guaranteed by AVIC International Holding Corporation.
AVIC International Holding Corporation is an importer and exporter of civil aviation products in the People’s Republic of China and is one of the largest aviation subcontractors in the PRC.
