Conyers advises Aircastle on $900m purchase and leaseback with LATAM
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle on its $900m (£542m) agreement for the purchase and leaseback of eight Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with LATAM Airlines Group.
