Conyers advises AerCap Holdings on sale of Genesis Funding shares
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to AerCap Holdings in connection with the sale by its wholly owned subsidiary, AerCap International Bermuda, of 100 per cent of the class A common shares in Genesis Funding Ltd (GFL) to GFL Holdings, an affiliate of Wood Creek Capital Management.
GFL is an aircraft securitisation vehicle incorporated under the laws of Bermuda with a portfolio of 37 aircraft with an average age of 13 years valued at approximately $750m (£440m). Wood Creek was advised by WNG Capital.
