Collyer Bristow announces March seminar on post-termination restrictions

Collyer Bristow has announced an upcoming seminar on post-termination restrictions. Set to take place in March, the seminar will also explain how employers can protect their businesses.

The law firm will use a case study based on a real High Court claim to consider how businesses can best protect themselves when an employee leaves and seeks to compete or take clients/staff with him or her.

The seminar will also cover what employers can do if they end up on the receiving end of a claim against them by an employee’s former employer asserting that he or she has breached restrictions.
